User Agreement

1.1. This Agreement is a public document and applies to all users of the OpsVPN™ service.

1.2. The Service is operated by OpsVPN Solutions LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Panama (the “Service Provider”).

1.3. The Service is managed and provided through the official website opsvpn.com and its mirror domains.

1.4. By accessing or using the Service, the user fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, the Public Offer Agreement, and the Privacy Policy.

2.1. Service — services providing access to VPN / proxy technologies, including the issuance of private access keys and ready-made configurations.

2.2. Website — the official OpsVPN™ website opsvpn.com and its mirror domains, through which the Service is managed and the description, scope, and pricing of the Services are published.

2.3. User — any legally capable individual who accesses or uses the Service.

2.4. Account— the user’s personal profile used to manage the Service and access purchased keys and configurations.

3.1. The user undertakes to:

• use the Service in compliance with applicable law;
• provide accurate information when required for the provision of the Service;
• keep account credentials, access keys, and configurations confidential and not transfer them to third parties;
• independently monitor updates to this Agreement and Service conditions published on the Website.

3.2. The user shall not use the Service to:

• commit unlawful actions or violate the rights of third parties;
• distribute malicious software or carry out network attacks;
• resell or sublicense access without the Service Provider’s consent.

4.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide the paid Services with reasonable quality.

4.2. The Service Provider has the right to:

• independently determine the technical methods of providing the Service;
• modify the description or conditions of the Services with prior notification published on the Website;
• suspend or terminate access in case of violation of this Agreement or applicable law.

5.1. All materials, software, trademarks, and content associated with the Service are the property of the Service Provider.

5.2. The user may not copy, distribute, or otherwise use such intellectual property without the Service Provider’s prior written consent.

6.1. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, as availability may depend on external factors beyond its control.

6.2. The user bears full responsibility for the use of the Service and for any violations of this Agreement.

7.1. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

7.2. By using the Service, the user consents to the processing of personal data to the extent necessary for the provision of the Service.

8.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes are published on the official website opsvpn.com.

8.2. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
