1. General Principles
1.1. OpsVPN™ provides digital services that are activated immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of VPN and proxy services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions set forth herein.
1.2. Refunds are provided only in cases where service issues are directly caused by OpsVPN™ and materially prevent the use of the service.
1.3. This Policy is an integral part of the:
- Terms of Service;
- Public Offer Agreement;
- User Agreement.
2. Money-Back
2.1. The Service operates on a prepaid balance system. Users first add funds to their internal account balance, which are then used to purchase VPN services.
2.2. Balance top-ups are non-refundable.
2.3. Funds deducted from the balance for activated VPN services (including configurations, access keys, or subscriptions) are non-refundable.
2.4. A refund may be considered within 30 days only in cases of verified service malfunction that prevents the user from accessing the service, provided that:
- (a) the issue is confirmed by our support team;
- (b) the user has contacted support before requesting a refund;
- (c) the service has not been substantially used.
2.5. Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the date of service activation will not be considered.
2.6. Any remaining unused balance may be reviewed for refund at our sole discretion.
2.7. By adding funds to the balance, the user acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be granted if one or more of the following conditions are met:
- the service is technically unavailable due to OpsVPN™ infrastructure failure;
- VPN access cannot be established due to errors caused by OpsVPN™ systems;
- the provided configuration or access key does not function as intended and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time;
- long-term, total service outage confirmed by OpsVPN™ support.
In such cases, the user must contact technical support and allow reasonable time for troubleshooting.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided in the following situations:
- dissatisfaction with connection speed, latency, or performance;
- slow VPN speed caused by: the user’s ISP, network congestion, geographical distance to servers, device limitations, third-party software or system settings;
- incompatibility with specific websites, services, or platforms;
- blocking or restrictions imposed by governments, ISPs, or third parties;
- user error, incorrect setup, or failure to follow provided instructions;
- change of mind or no longer needing the service;
- partial use of the service without verified service-side malfunction;
- force majeure events beyond OpsVPN™ control.
5. Cryptocurrency Payments
5.1. Payments made using cryptocurrencies are non-refundable.
5.2. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, OpsVPN™ is unable to process refunds for crypto payments under any circumstances.
6. Refund Procedure
6.1. Refund requests must be submitted to technical support on the official website: opsvpn.com.
6.2. The request must include:
- website account identifier (e.g. email address or login);
- date of purchase;

- proof of payment, if requested.

7. Refund Method and Service Termination
7.1. If a refund is approved:
- the user’s VPN configuration, access key, or account will be immediately deactivated;
- access to the service will be terminated.
7.2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, where technically possible, or credited to the internal balance.
7.3. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
8. Abuse Prevention
8.1. OpsVPN™ reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, repeated refund attempts, or violation of service terms.
8.2. Users found to be abusing the refund policy may have future access to the service restricted or terminated.
9. Legal Compliance

- international digital service practices;
- applicable consumer protection laws;
- mandatory provisions of U.S. federal and state law, where applicable.
9.2. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law shall prevail where required.
