Terms of Service

By accessing, using, or paying for Ops VPN services (the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

1. Service Provider and Legal Entity

The Ops VPN service is operated and administered by the following legal entity:

  • OpsVPN Solutions LTD
    A company registered in the Republic of Panama.

Depending on the user’s location, payment method, and applicable regulations, services are provided by the above entity.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Amendments

By using the Service and/or making a payment, you automatically accept these Terms in full.

Ops VPN reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be announced at least one (1) month prior to their effective date via the official website: opsvpn.com.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service before the changes take effect.

3. Ordering and Payment of Services

Orders for Ops VPN services are placed:

  • via the official website: opsvpn.com and its mirror domains
  • by issuance and payment of an invoice, where applicable.

Before topping up a balance or completing a purchase, the user is required to review all instructions and information provided in the “Information” section of the website.

Ops VPN reserves the right to request additional information necessary to provide the Service. Failure by the user to supply accurate and complete information may result in limitations or inability to provide the Service, for which Ops VPN shall not be held liable.

The user is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information provided during the ordering and payment process.

4. Formation of the Agreement

A legally binding agreement between the Service Provider and the user is deemed concluded at the moment the order is electronically placed via the official website opsvpn.com and the corresponding payment is successfully completed.

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with:

  • applicable international commercial and digital service regulations, and
  • the laws of the United States, including applicable federal law and the law of the State of Delaware, where the Service Provider is registered.

Where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply, such provisions shall prevail to the minimum extent required by law.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiations in good faith. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction determined by the applicable law and the Service Provider’s legal entity involved.

6. Final Provisions

Ops VPN provides access to VPN and network privacy technologies and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. The user acknowledges that the availability of the Service may depend on external factors beyond the Service Provider’s control.

Continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.
