Servers don't ping and the client shows n/a. What should I do?

Update your configuration and rerun the ping test in the client — the values will load after the update.

Does the VPN affect internet speed?

With the VLESS Reality protocol the drop is minimal — enough for high-quality video, streaming, and online games. If the speed drops noticeably, switching location or reconnecting usually helps.
